Program Description

Event Details

For centuries, we’ve understood the connection between brain and body health. Now, science offers new insights into how to optimize both physical and cognitive well-being as we age. In part 2 of our Alzheimer's and Dementia Series, we'll explore research on risk reduction strategies in diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement. You'll also receive hands-on tools to help you create a personalized plan for healthy aging.

The workshop will be led by an educator from the Alzheimer's Association Illinois. A Q&A session will follow.
