AI Workshop

This beginner-friendly AI workshop is designed for adults who want to understand and experiment with today’s everyday artificial intelligence tools in a supportive library environment. No technical background is required—just curiosity.

Participants will learn what AI is, how tools like ChatGPT work, and how these technologies can assist with writing, problem-solving, creativity, learning, and everyday tasks. The workshop includes clear explanations, live demonstrations, and guided hands-on practice using AI on library computers. We’ll also discuss important topics such as privacy, responsible use, and how to spot AI-generated content.

By the end of the session, learners will feel more confident using AI tools and will understand how to apply them safely and effectively at home, at work, or for personal projects.

All equipment is provided by the library. No prior experience with AI is needed.
