Trillium Place - CORS Program

The CORS program engages individuals aged 18 and older who are battling substance or opioid use disorder, mental health challenges, homelessness or housing instability, risk of overdose, medical complications, or risk of incarceration. CORS connects these individuals to resources and referral services designed to promote healing, stability, and reintegration into the community.
