Join us for an infant-toddler storytime designed to introduce your little ones to the wonderful world of reading through music, movement, repetition, and a story read-aloud followed by play time with other families. Best for ages 0-24 months.

Join Communication Junction for a 30 minute interactive Sign and Sing Storytime. This story time is great for children ages 0-5 and is created around a theme, filled with stories, songs, movement and bubbles.

Join us for a baby friendly art project that you can take home as a keepsake when we're done. Siblings are welcome to help, but supplies are limited to the age-appropriate child. Dress for a possible mess. Ages 0-3.

Bring your little scientists ages 3 through 6 years for an introduction to the scientific method and to have some science fun.  We'll be questioning, investigating, experimenting and figuring it out together.

School's out early!  Pop into the library for a short, photo-based bookmark project.  We'll take your photo; you do the rest! Open to all ages.  Bring a friend!

Come celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by creating your very own papel picado! Papel picado is a traditional decoration made to celebrate Día de los Muertos and can be made with colorful paper and a pair of scissors. All ages are welcome.

Join us for our annual Observe the Moon Night, cohosted by the Peoria Astronomical Society.  Arrive early to look at the sun through a sun scope at 5:45, then enjoy stories about the moon at 6:00.

Stop in for an evening of games and conversation with other adult gamers. Play a round of of Mario Party, catch some Pokémon, see who is the ultimate fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, or serve up some dishes in Overcooked.
